Pregnant Women and Birth Mothers
We have represented pregnant women of all ages and in countless circumstances for two decades.
We will fully discuss with you the rights or lapse of rights of a non-consenting parent in your situation prior to filing any adoption petition.
A pre-placement home study is required before a child can be placed in a prospective adoptive home.
We can help the pregnant woman gain insight into the resources available in the community, whether for adoption, abortion, or to keep the child. None of these options is simple; all decisions of this significance require the utmost care and thought.
